offer a quick start program that enables an agent to reasonably expect to earn
$100,000 or more the second or third year in the business.
Instead of a two year runner or intern program, we put agents to work the
first day with training from the two partners and close supervision from a
senior agent. We have found that "jumping into the fire" is far
more productive than being a runner with minimal incentives.
